The stance is simple; The colonial state will not willingly conform to any form of reparations that will exalt the Colonized African demographic within the western european state(s). Why not? The African was brought to america for one reason, EXPLOITED LABOR. With the African put into a position of self sustainability, and economic and political stability this will move towards the political and economic empowerment of Africans in amerika, but also across the global hegemony that the west would rather die or exterminate everyone before conceding.

Reparations will not be actualized with our hands out. Reparations will be actualized with the barrel of an Arm to these crackas heads. Reparations will be given to African communities BY African Communities. Not by philanthropic acts of mercy, guilt, or reconciliation by the colonial state. The state has to completely be war torn by African hands so that they can take control over what has been stolen from their ancestors. DAPS will not waste the people’s time and energy and resources begging uncle sam from a position of weakness! We call on the New Afrikan Masses to rise up to a position of power, so that we may TAKE what belongs to us. We will force our enemy to concede through sheer will, determination, and strength, not meekly begging with the “woe is me, oh massa you did me wrong” attitude. FUCK THAT. Kill us now! * The Newly Displaced Alliance WILL attain complete sovereignty and autonomy over their destiny, sovereignty and autonomy over our communities and the institutions within our communities (exactly like The Black Panther Party of Self Defense’s 1st point of their ten point program)
* The Newly Displaced Alliance Will serve as a 3rd party to provide and allot resources, aid, education, and assistance to Black communities
* The Newly Displaced Alliance WILL end paramilitary occupation of our communities via police forces who perpetuate a endless and egregiously violent & destructive cycle against the Afro Community.
* The Newly Displaced Alliance will bring the complete end to the capturing, imprisoning with intent of enslaving our members of our community and the swift and immediate freedom of all black and brown people held in federal, state, county and city prisons and jails.
* We WILL retain reparations for the state sponsored atrocities committed against the Afro community via Chattel Slavery, The Arab Slave trade, Jim Crow, The War On Drugs, Police Brutality, Wage Slavery, and the continuous exploitation and marginalization of Black and Brown Skinned people of the Afrikan people (also known as The Displaced Alliance)
- Reparations in the form of large land grants/allotments, access to information and resources provided without cost
- Full employment
- Free healthcare
- Free access to career development
- Free access to scholarship
- Free access to travel (including national/international travel)
- Tax exemption for the next millennium
- Restoration of nature in alignment with native, non invasive symbiosis within ecosystems surrounding and encompassing Afrikan communities
- Restoration of Afro Communities taken by gentrification
- Free housing
- Free access to technology,
- Free access to water,
- Free access to fuel and energy stolen from our Motherland (gas, solar, petrol, cobalt,etc)
- The removal of alien businesses within our communities, and the implementation of schools, community centers, and businesses that center the interests & ideology of the community/collective of DAPS
- Monthly stipend or grant to victims of slavery, jim crow, kkk, police brutality/fascist occupation, red lining, and the cold war (cointelpro, war on drugs, state trafficking of people and commodities)
* WE WILL FREEDOM AND SOVEREIGNTY to determine the fate of The Afro Community known as the Black or African American community without stifling, intervention, interference, and co opting from the western democratic hegemony
* WE WILL PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS AND THE FREEDOM TO ATTAIN THE DAPS’ IDEOLOGICAL DESIRE FOR LOVE AND LIBERATION
* We HAVE The free will to be self determined and to defend ourselves against the threat of occupying forces
* We will the true education of Pan Africanism, Black/Afro-Amerikan culture for our people that exposes (reference BPP For Self Defense 5th Point of 10 Point Program) the true nature of the amerikan government and it’s society predicated on the oppression, exploitation, and marginalization of the so called Black population , Brown population , African refugees, African immigrants and the indigenous peoples of this country.
